Youth & Adolescent

Youth and adolescence can be such a beautiful time of development and growth, as well as a vulnerable time in identity formation. Young people benefit from a nurturing and brave space to express themselves, process and reflect on their experiences, and learn skills to support them in achieving their goals. My years of experience and special interest in supporting young humans and families of adolescents stems from a desire to engage with the emerging relationship and identity needs that present in this phase of life.

It is a strength to ask for help! If you or a young person in your family or community is struggling with a particular experience or relationship, or more generally seeking connection and support outside of family of origin, I encourage you to reach out to discuss next steps in getting help. Additionally, families may benefit from therapy support in responding to youth exploring their gender/sexuality and coming out as queer/trans. I recognize the importance of including connected adults in the therapy process at times and am available for family sessions or family consults with consent, in addition to individual youth/adolescent therapy.

Please email me to schedule your free consultation!

Starting out in individual therapy begins with a free 15-minute consultation to connect and mutually determine whether the relationship feels like a good fit. I look forward to connecting with and learning about you!*For youth under the age of 14 parental consent is required for mental health treatment and this will be discussed in the initial consultation.*

My full fee for each 50-minute therapy session is $150 and my family fee for each 75-minute session is $170. I am not in network with any insurance, though I am happy to give you detailed receipts if your insurance plan offers Out-of-Network benefits. I also offer sliding scale options for BIPOC and transgender, non-binary and non-cis youth: $115-145.

All services are currently offered over HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
